Job Title: Production Drill Operator

Job Type: Contract

Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (2x2 rotation)

Khione Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Drill Operator to join our team at a remote mine site here in the North. As a Production Drill Operator, you will play a critical role in the operations of the Mining Depertament, ensuring efficient and safe production. The Production Drill Operator will be on a 2x2 rotation, allowing you to work on challenging projects while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Operate drill equipment according to the mine sites procedures and standards.

• Effectively read drill patters instructions or diagrams.

• Measuring drill holes and inspecting the drill pattern.

• Operate a variety of drilling machines to bore blast holes to specified depths at stake positions.

• Conduct daily safety checks and inspections of the equipment before operating.

• Monitor equipment and report any deficiencies according to proper mine operating procedures.

• Ensuring all duties are completed in a safe manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of production drilling machines.

• Experience operating large rotary drills and hammer/percussion drills.

• Ability to work in a remote and cross-cultural work environment, working day/night shift on a

rotational basis.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Proven commitment to health, safety, and environment standards.
